"10/24/24 On a overnight (birthday) trip to Owensboro, upon reaching the hotel parking lot, truck sounded like it was grinding coffee. No indication, gauge wise or visually, of the cause. But...waterpump? My Mechanic appeared to be the closest available garage. Drove there next morning. Explained problem to folx inside. Mechanic gladly came out and verified waterpump diagnosis (Happy Birthday to me... 🥴). They couldn't get to a repair for 3 or 4 days. Which I didn't have to spend. But a very nice lady (to be clear, EVERYONE in this place was way cool) got on the phone and started calling around (while dealing with their own daily business) and finally located a service not far away that could immediately get me in. I'm sorry I can't remember exact names (turned 72 while I was there and I lived thru the 70's....😏😎). But I just wanted to take a moment to thank MY MECHANIC overall for their courtesy and help. Yes, I would recommend these folx!"
